Meet the Team
Jenn Adams : Founder & CEO
A strategic thinker and problem solver, Jenn had held roles such as
General Manager and Chief Growth Officer over the past 25 years in the corporate world.
Heavily revenue focused, she's had many successes setting up business processes, training and managing successful regional sales teams across many international markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Australia and North America.
Her entrepreneurship journey started when she was 16; offering tutoring services to private school kids whilst still in high school. Since then, she's had many other business ventures that had added much value in the roles she's held working in the corporate world.
As a mother of 3 girls, her passion to pass on everything she's learned to help her children understand real life skills through entrepreneurship is what sparked the idea of Little Tycoon Academy.
Today, Jenn takes on the hands-on role of teaching the classes herself, while running the business full time.
Jonathan Adams: Co-Founder & CMO
With close to 30 years of experience under his belt, Jonathan's career had taken him across many different businesses in different markets specializing in marketing and advertising.
A clear headed strategist who leads from the heart, Jonathan had held roles such as General Manager of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer in ASX listed companies such as the The iProperty Group and iCar Asia; managing teams across multiple countries.
His experience across different aspects of marketing (ranging from agency to media owner to client side) is a rare combination. This experience has helped shaped our course syllabus in ensuring that our students get the most out of understanding and incorporating sound marketing principles in their business ventures.
Apart from running his own digital marketing consultancy, Jonathan will be seeing the day-to-day operations of Little Tycoon Academy with the focus in marketing and admissions. He is also the full time Chief Labour in helping our Little Tycoons set up their market stalls on the weekends!
